Refund & Return Policy 

At Marina Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer high-quality cosmetics and perfumes throughout Qatar. Please see the terms and conditions below regarding refunds and returns.

1. Refund and Return Conditions

Refunds or returns can be requested within 7 days of the invoice date.

The original invoice must be presented to complete the refund or return process.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, or have had their packaging removed cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Conditions

 

  • To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • The packaging must be unopened and undamaged.

  • The original invoice must be presented.


*Marina Care reserves the right to inspect the returned product before accepting it.

4. Non-Refundable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Opened or unpackaged products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery


5. Processing Time

After the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing may take 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment method.
